Brian Duffin – Chairman 

Brian is a sBrian Duffineasoned professional in the financial world.  His executive career, after qualifying as an actuary, took him through fund management, marketing and operations at Scottish Life before becoming Group Chief Executive. 

After the company was acquired by Royal London, he ran its IFA businesses and took on board level responsibilities for risk and governance for the UK’s largest mutual insurance company.  He now enjoys a number of non-executive director and consulting roles in life assurance and pensions, chairs the Alstom Pension Scheme and is a Non-Executive Director of the Debt Management Office.  He also sits as a director or trustee of a number of charitable bodies.

Lindsay Hamilton CEO

Lindsay iLindsay Hamiltons former Chairman of Microsoft Gold Advanced Infrastructure company Xvar. He was also previously  Chairman of the UK branch of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (www.iamcp.org ).

Lindsay has been involved with the House of Commons All Party Parliamentary Corporate Governance Group at Westminster. The APPCGG was formed in 2004 to help develop, and enhance, the understanding of Corporate Governance within UK organisations, and to help influence future government policy in this area (www.appcgg.co.uk).

Keith Hutton CTO

Keith is a Keith Huttonhighly experienced IT professional with a track record of successful project implementations in major Business Transformation programmes.

Since leaving BP in 1993, where he had been a senior IT project manager, Keith has worked as an independent consultant in Project Management and Business Transformation. His clients include BP, ScottishPower, Thus plc, Siemens Business Services, Scottish Enterprise, Royal Bank of Scotland, National Savings, and Schlumber Geoquest.

Keith has advised a number of companies on implementing database auditing solutions.  He has worked with Clerical Medical, Commerzbank, JPMorgan Cazenove, RBS, Jefferies International,  Unum, Clarks, Volvo Financial Systems and others.
